Your physio identifies your movement baseline and constraints (range of motion, stability deficits, injury risk patterns). Your PT designs a strength/power programme that respects those constraints and gradually expands them. Result: faster progress, fewer injuries, measurable longevity markers (strength, balance, bone density).

How It Works

The integrated model runs in 4 phases:

  1. Assessment (Movement Screening): Physio performs comprehensive movement assessment, identifies deficits, constraints, injury risks.
  2. Foundation (Stability & Mobility): PT builds foundational stability and mobility, respecting physio constraints.
  3. Development (Strength & Power): Once stable, PT progressively loads strength and power. Physio monitors for compensation patterns.
  4. Optimization (Sport/Performance): PT optimizes for your sport or goal. Physio supports prevention and adaptation.

Communication is continuous. Every session, PT reports to physio. Every physio session informs PT modifications. This prevents the common scenario: PT and physio work at cross-purposes, and progress stalls.
